Trainings
NHA® Certification Training Intensive (CTI)
The Nurtured Heart Approach® Certification Training Intensive (CTI) is a fully immersive experience designed to help you truly live and understand the Approach. You will learn practical tools and strategies to confidently use in your daily interactions, especially with children and adults who may be more intense. The certification training allows you to train others in the NHA. However, some come to the CTI to grow and do not want to train others. All are welcome.

NHA CTI is especially helpful for parents, foster/adoptive parents, educators, professionals, advocates, and Advanced Trainers who want to strengthen their skills and grow as leaders.

Many participants describe this week-long experience as life-changing. It not only builds practical skills, but also supports deep personal growth that lasts beyond the training.
Other Trainings

Sarah focuses her trainings on recognizing greatness, shifting mindsets, growing spiritually, and creating lasting change in both individuals and relationships.
Participants leave with actionable strategies they can immediately apply, along with renewed confidence and purpose in their work and family life.
