The CTI Experience

 

The CTI (or Certification Training Intensive) is a 4-day, full immersion experience of the Nurtured Heart Approach®. It takes the approach from an intellectual methodology and turns it into a way of being and existing in relationships and in the world. It moves a person from a place of seeking answers for problems and situations, to a place of inner knowing, trust, and empowerment. We call that Inner-Wealth™.
 

​​Created by Howard Glasser over 30 years ago, the Nurtured Heart Approach® has transformed thousands of families, schools, residential treatment centers and other therapeutic practices from absolute despair to strong, connected, empowered relationships and success. 

It’s not about changing reality, or medicating issues. It’s about re-discovering the essential purposefulness and incredible beauty of every person and every situation, as it already is.

 

This CTI is being brought to the community by NHA® Peer-Leader, Advanced Trainer, Coach and Facilitator Sarah How.

 

The CTI will be a 5 day transformational journey into the soul and greatness of you as an individual, your children, students, clients, your circumstances, and your unique purpose and gift in this world. 

 

We will begin with a 1.5 hour welcome session on Sunday evening, and continue with 5 consecutive 1.5 hour sessions Monday - Thursday with meal and energy breaks throughout. 

 

You will be paired with a small group of fellow first time trainee’s (CT’s) and a returning Trainer (AT) who will be processing and exploring together with you during small group sessions throughout the week. 

 

Although we will not be providing hospitality, there are several hotels in the area. 

 

As a prerequisite for this training, you will need to have either read one of the official NHA books, or attend a minimum of the 6 hour training. Click here for links to those resources. 

 

Following this Training you will be fully certified by the Nurtured Heart Institute to teach and coach in this method.
