Vendor Rules:

Setup Time: Vendors may begin setup at 5:30 PM on Friday. Please be ready before the event starts.
Equipment: Vendors must provide their own tables, display racks, and chairs. No equipment will be supplied.
Content Restrictions: Items displayed or sold must be family-friendly and free from offensive content.
Cleanliness: Keep your area tidy and dispose of trash properly. Leave your space as you found it.
Compliance: Follow all event and venue policies, as well as local laws and regulations.
Tear-Down: Vendors must remain set up for the full event duration and clear their space promptly afterward.
Liability: Vendors are responsible for their own sales, transactions, and product liability. The event organizers are not liable for any loss, theft, or damages.
Failure to follow these rules may result in removal from the event without a refund.
